Safari in the tundra of Nunavik

Ours noir. Keith Kelley, San Diego

September 1, 2016

Last week , we started to explore the tundra of Nunavik; its wildlife , scenery breathtaking , unique plants …

In our approaches to black bears, we took the time to observe the trees, plants , mushrooms, picking and eating berries. Going up north, during the same day, we had the chance to see polar bears , caribou , walrus , whales and little penguin .

The evening I returned to the camp, we had a surprise visit from a peregrine falcon.
