Char fishing at its best in Arctic Quebec

This week at every tide there are a phenomenal number of chars coming into our rivers. The last day’s rain is now keeping the water at an ideal level in the pools and there are now some fish back in their spawning stream. Despite the coastal fog and the low ceiling conditions of the last days our fishermen succeed to catch some 10 to 12 lbs char and to lose some big ones that booked everything.
