Finally the lakes and rivers are free of ice

During the last few days the temperatures of 20°C to 25°C have allowed to free most lakes and rivers of their winter freeze. Yesterday morning at 5 o’clock the mercury was already showing 25°C and at midday it rises up to 29°C. This is unusual weather for the month of June. At this time of the year brook trout fishing with mice patterns is unbeatable and to watch the trout attack by under is a souvenir of this nice day spent between Rapid Lake and Barnoin.
