Going on a fishing trip in Arctic Quebec at the end of June match the time of the year when the sun barely set down.
With nearly twenty hours of daylight the end of June is a great time to experience trout and arctic char fishing.
The water is glacial and the fish are right at the water surface ready to strike anything that moves. Our first fishermen of the season are from New York and they caught lots of 1 1/2 to 4 pounds brookies. The weather was no so much cooperative, they experienced a few days of rough weather with snow and ice pellets, nevertheless they are planning a second trip in August.
