During the last days we fished for the seasonal resident arctic char and took some beautiful specimens of 8 and 9 pounds and also lost some big ones which were in the 12 to 15 lbs range. We spent some time fishing on the Tunulic and took some lakers in the 6 to 9 lbs range. The temperatures of the last days have cooled down significantly. Having known the temperatures of 25°C to 37°C of the last weeks and now to feel a cool 5°C, we recognize then the true nature of our Arctic climate.
